There are many technologies hidden in plain sight- tools our ancestors used to walk themselves and community through transitions and initiations. Initiations are essential for our individuation, sovereignty, growth, healing, and integration. Without ritual, without walking through transitional spaces in our lives in an intentional and direct way, we carry fragmented souls and live incongruently.
I have walked next to clients as they transitioned through divorce, parenthood, gender identity and presentation, career pivots, and integrating work from traditional talk therapy.
